Guidelines for Poster Presentation

When will I present?

To see when your presentation is scheduled, please go to the online programme.

Guidelines for preparation of posters:

1. A maximum available area for displaying a poster is 90 centimeters wide x 120 centimeters high (portrait-shape)

2. Please design a poster layout with the following sections:

2.1 Title, authors, address (at upper edge, across the width of the whole poster)

2.2 Aims

2.3 Methods

2.4 Results

2.5 Conclusions

3. A title should be emphasized by a use of bold-face type or similar lettering. A text should be printed in the same kind of lettering, large enough to be read comfortably from a distance of two to three meters.

4. The text should be kept to a minimum and should be broken up by the inclusion of figures, drawings and/or photos. The use of colour makes the poster more effective and attractive.

5. Materials for displaying the poster on the poster board will be supplied onsite by the organizers.
